Aímée The Label considers your privacy very important. Therefore, we process your personal data entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. How we do this and what rights you have can be read in this privacy statement.

2. When does Aímée The Label process which personal data?
Contact
When you contact us, we may process your first and last name, company name, email address and/or phone number.
GDPR basis: legitimate interest
Retention period: indefinite, but never longer than necessary
Ordering clothing online/offline
When you order clothing, we may process your company name, first and last name, and address details to ship the clothing.
GDPR basis: performance of the agreement
Retention period: as long as necessary to handle the order, including any returns, complaints, or claims related to the purchase of the product in question
Invoicing / Financial administration
For the invoicing of orders and for our financial administration, we may process your company name, first and last name, address details, customer number, invoice number, bank details, email address, and phone number.
GDPR basis: legal obligation
Retention period: maximum 7 years due to the legal retention obligation for financial administration
Survey / Customer satisfaction survey
We may ask you, as a customer, if you would like to participate in a survey or customer satisfaction survey. For this, we collect your age group, whether you have children or not, what your income level is, and whether or not you are employed. You do not need to enter a name or email address. This is optional.

Retention period: indefinite, but in any case no longer than necessary and until the results of the survey or research have been broadly processed
Sending a corporate gift
Because we value you as a customer or contact, we would like to send you a corporate gift. For this, we process your first and last name, company name, and address details.
Basis: legitimate interest
Retention period: indefinite, but no longer than necessary
Newsletter / Email marketing
We would like to send you a newsletter or other informative / commercial emails. You can subscribe to this on our website. You can unsubscribe at any time. For this, we collect your first name and email address.
GDPR basis: consent
Retention period: as long as you are subscribed
Tagging on social media
Sometimes we may tag you on social media, for example, to promote your company. We obtain your social media name because we looked it up, or because we or we already followed each other. For tagging, we use your account name from the relevant social media platform.
If we tag you and you do not find this pleasant, please feel free to indicate this immediately so that we can remove the tag and will not tag you again in the future.

Retention period: as long as the social media post is online
Job applications
When you apply for a job with us, we may process your name, (the personal data within the) CV, and contact details.
GDPR basis: performance of the agreement
Retention period: If you do not join us, we will retain your data for a maximum of 4 weeks. If you do join us, we will retain your personal data for a maximum of 1 year after you leave.
Customer overview
For our own overview, we maintain a customer overview of business customers. For this, we only process your first and last name, company name, and address details.
Basis: legitimate interest
Retention period: indefinite, but no longer than necessary
Legitimate interest
For some purposes, Aímée The Label processes personal data based on the "legitimate interest" basis. The interest in processing your personal data is weighed against your interest (the right to privacy). Aímée The Label therefore does not process more data than necessary to achieve the purpose and does not process it longer than necessary.
3. Recipients of your personal data
Your data will not be provided to third parties, unless this is necessary for business operations or is legally required. The third parties to whom we may have provided your data are:

Aímée The Label does not sell your data to third parties.
4. Transfer to third countries
Aímée The Label tries to process personal data as much as possible within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, Aímée The Label may still use services from outside the EEA. Aímée The Label only does this if there is an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data.
5. Security of your personal data
Aímée The Label has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against loss or against any form of unlawful processing. Measures taken include:
- not logging in to unsecured networks;
- regularly changing passwords;
- concluding processor agreements.
6. Automated decision-making
Automated decision-making occurs when decisions are automatically made based on processed personal data, without human intervention. Aímée The Label does not use automated decision-making.
7. Your rights
If your personal data is processed, you have a certain degree of control over it. According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
Right of access, rectification and erasure
You have the right to know which personal data Aímée The Label processes about you. Is certain data incorrect? Then you can ask us to rectify it. We can also erase data at your request.
Right to restriction of processing
This is the right to (temporarily) stop processing your data. For example, the data we have about you may be incorrect. In that case, we may no longer use this data until we have the correct data. Also, if the processing of the data is unlawful, we no longer need the data, or if you have objected to the processing of data, we must (temporarily) stop processing your data.
Right to object
If we process your data based on the "legitimate interest" ground and you do not agree with this, you can object. If you object, we will no longer process the personal data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process this personal data.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another controller when you have given Aímée The Label permission to process your personal data and/or when the processing is carried out automatically.
Right to withdraw your consent
When we have obtained your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before you withdrew your consent.
Right to lodge a complaint
Do you have a complaint about how Aímée The Label handles your personal data? Then you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

8. Changes
We may amend this privacy statement in the meantime. Reasons for this may include changes in the company or new developments in legislation or regulations. The latest version will always be published online. If the changes apply to you, we will inform you. If you continue to use Aímée The Label's services after the changes, you agree to these changes.
